If you already have SAP GUI 7.10 installed, go to the following link:

http://service.sap.com/swdc
-> Download
-> SAP Support Packages
-> Entry by Application Group
-> SAP Frontend Components
-> SAP GUI FOR WINDOWS
-> BI ADD-ON FOR SAP GUI

Select the version you would like to install and download.

Review the following document for installing add-ons. Check page 47 for the path to the BI add-on on the SAP Netweaver Installation Master DVD.
