Cannot show requested dialog when trying to restore or create a new database in sql 2005 express

Hello experts:

I'm getting this error message when I try to create a new database or restore in sql 2005:
cannot show requested dialog. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED WORD document for the
full text of the error.
It's been working fine. The only thing that has changed is
This morning I installed the DTS Wizard using the SQLEXPR_TOOLKIT.EXE
Now I can do import/exports but i can't create/restore

did you install sql server 2005 fresh service pack?
