Backup Exec 12 with Exchange 2007

The two servers are seperate.  I have played with all the AOFO options but keep getting the same error each time: e0008516 - Resources specified for snapshot do not have any valid data on them. Check if files were deleted or renamed.

EVENTID 31443: (Job: "Backup 00143") Backup 00143 -- The job failed with the following error: Resources specified for snapshot do not have any valid data on them. Check if files were deleted or renamed.

Backup Exec will backup SystemState and Shadow Copy Components but will not even get to backing up the storage groups.. Would anyone have any ideas?

Do you want to backup exchange with aofo? That's not recommended and not a safe solution. You should use the exchange agent option for this task.
