elivery Status Notification (Delay) when sending Outlook Calendar Updates

We're running Exchange 2003 SP2 and lately, I've been having reports of issues regarding sending calendar updates exteranally. We're able to send e-mail correspondeces back and forth with the user that was sent the calendar update. The original callendar request was also recieved and accepted by the external user.
Here's the message that comes back:

This issues seems to be a new occurence, probably within the past few weeks. Anyone else experiecing the same issue and found a solution?
