There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. #5.5.0 smtp;550 No such user

Need some help.  My boss sent an e-mail to a recipient, and got the following bounceback message from System Administrator.  We run Outlook 2007 on Microsoft Exchange 2003.  Not experiencing any other bouncebacks currently

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      john_doe@recipientsdomain.net on 4/1/2009 12:53 PM

            <myserver.mydomain.priv #5.5.0 smtp;550 No such user (john_doe@recipientsdomain.net)>

Can you help me out with this and what to look for?  Is this on my side or on the recipients side.  I would think it is the recipient's side.  Thanks.
