Connect a Hospital to a School via Webcam or?

I work at a school in Arizona. We have a student who has cancer and has been hospitalized in Texas. We would like to connect her classroom students here to her at the hospital. I have a good webcam we could use for this. I had thought of using skype, but I don't know if the hospital would be ok with that. Maybe a 3rd party website or something. Does anyone have any simple suggestions? I can make an exception in our firewall for this event, so that is not a problem. I think the hospital side of it would be the limiting factor. Thanks in advance.

What exactly are you looking to do? If it is just videoconference, then a service like www.oovoo.com should work fine for it. .If it is more webconferencing, then you would want a flash based, browser based webconference provider.

If you are looking for one way transmission, say from the school to the hospital, a site like www.ustream.com might suffice easiest.
