I have a PC that was messed up. &nbsp;I can't re-install or do a re-pair re-install. &nbsp;All the features that notify the user about something running or example AUC no longer comes up, or registry disabled etc.<br />

To fix similar problems in XP I would use a tool call Dia-A-Fix which would pretty much reset XP to what it should be. &nbsp;The tool does not work for Vista.<br />

Is there a tool, registry fix, or magic button that would restore vista's restrictive policies?
