Dell 2950 Hard Drive led keeps blinking

I have a Dell 2950 Server with 6 Hard Drives.  The first two drives are configured as a Mirror (RAID 1), the next three drives are configured as a RAID 5, and the last drive is configured as a universal spare.   I noticed that this morning drive 4 keeps blinking repeatedly and I find this rather strange since this is the 2nd drive in my RAID 5 setup!  How can it be doing that.  I'm convinced that something is wrong, but the server is still working fine.  I am not sure what to do because I do not have any drive monitoring software installed on this machine.  Does this mean the drive is dieing?
-Thanks

IIRC, If the is blinking once every second it means drive failure predicted....similar to the S.M.A.R.T. drive utility on desktops.

Thanks this seemed to work fine.  It ended up being nothing, I just restarted the server and it stopped doing it, but now I can monitor the status of my drives thank you.
