Change "from" email address on Exchange server + Outlook

We have an SBS 2003 server running Exchange 2003 SP2.  Our primary company \ domain is xyz.com.  We also want to be able to accept emails from abc.com domain name.

We have that all setup and working well, but we cannot send emails from the alternate emails addresses.  If we setup an external POP account, we can pick which account to send from.  Is there a way to do this with Exchange \ Outlook?

This would also be nice to do for aliases.  For example if I am dan@abc.com, but I also get emails to postmaster@abc.com, I'd like to be able to send emails from postmaster@abc.com.

Any thoughts?  Thx

Can you do it in Exchange 2007?  To only be able to send from one address seems like a pretty severe limitation.
