Alright, so I've written this site ...

http://www.braintreestudios.com/

The guy loves it to death, but there's a problem. on the gallery page, the lightbox effect. In safari and chrome, half of the images are rendering underneath the flash header.

Is this a known issue with Flash? Any idea how to fix it?

It's using jQuery Lightbox, not Scriptaculous Lightbox. But I experienced the same issue with both plugins.

Yup, it's a known issue and has an easy fix. Add »»  wmode="transparent"  «« to your Embed Tag. See below example.

Hope this helps. :)
<embed src="./app_content/flash/header_v7.swf?button=0" wmode="transparent" width="676" height="314"></embed>

This is great, thank you so much!

Is there any similar tactic to make it not reload the flash file and start the animation from the beginning?
