i open my mail trhu the internet OWA and When I try to create a new email the cursor just sits above by auto/sign and flashes.  It will not respond to any key strokes or mouse clicks, it will only let me bring up the address book.  If I minimize the window, and then maximize it will operate just fine.

I have seen similar issues with certain browsers. Do you have an updated browser and/or does the same thing happen in Firefox/IE/Opera? If a different browser works okay then I would suggest updating the browser having the issue.
Good Luck,
