recommendation for download client in MAC

I need to download a large file (> 1 GB), Can someone recommend a good free download manager for MAC, which support the resume facilities? Thanks!

What kind of downloads? Torrents or regular downloads?

For torrents, there is:
Transmission;
http://www.transmissionbt.com/
For regular downloads, check out:
Yazsoft;
http://www.yazsoft.com/

yes I need for regular download, but yazsoft doesn't looks like free.
Any recommendation for freeware ?
