vb2008 autocomplete documentation

I created a DLL using C#. I commented the code as shown below.
I want these comments to be seen from VB2008 when I do autocomplete (Intellisense?), so users will have an idea of what is expected from them. Autocomplete shows the structure expected, but shows no comments.
An xml document called document.xml is indeed generated with the comments I added, but when I try to use the DLL, no comments are shown.
Do I need to do something in C# to embed these comments somehow? Do I need to do something in VB2008 to be able to see these comments when I auto complete or hover the mouse over them?
