Hi All,

I have a variable I use to calculate a file path and I set it once and then use it later.  Somehow betweet when I set it and when I use it it gets changed even though there is no other assign ststement in the program.  So I need to break when the value changes so i can see what is changing it.

Thanks
Dick

Thanks obrienslalom:, Unfortunately I don't have aby of the breakpoint functions mentioned in the article you referenced.  Maybe that article just applies to vb Studio and not vb express.

Apparently my copy of vb express was bad.  I have installed a new copy on a reformatted disk and the problem is gone.
