Hi

I get an "timed out" error message when ever I try and send a large file ( 1 mb or over) via email. That file is recieved OK but sometimes outlook sends multiple copies as teh message stays in the out box.

My internet has a 256kb/s upload speed and my outgoing server time out is 1 minute.. I have increased this but the problem remains.

No problems with smaller emails

Regards

Greg

Hello GregVenning,

Antivirus check of outgoing mail may be delaying the sending of large files.  Disable it and test.

Hope this helps!
