can i use any other email hosting server for  monitor outgoing and incoming mail of my domain email users like auto BCC

You might want an appliance that automatically scans all incoming & outgoing email before it hits your email server, like this:

use a third party ISP and use dns to route your e-mail through them. You can create e-mail accounts and forward to anyone you want. Hope this helps
