Rpc Server is unavailable

I;ve got a problem with my terminal server 2003.
When i login i'll get the message "RPC server is unavailable"

My situation :

-Small business server 2003
-Windows server 2003(terminal)

In the event log on the server i"ll get a message:

Event id : 1219
source:winlogon

message:Cannot load userconfiguration for terminal server.error The rpc server is not available.

I've seen those post.
But i'll still haven't got the solution.

After 10 min it wil work and i can login but it crashes after a day or a couple of days.

I'll did some updates.
And for know evertything looks to work fine.
