Yes, the roll up was installed... The server was successfully rebooted after the patches and yupgrades were installed. I can see the IMAP service running. I have tried restarting just that service successfully also. <br />

- when press "Check what the Server supports" button: "Encription=None; Authentication method=Clear text"

- when set account security to "None+Clear text":  
"Authorization failed, Unable to login. Probably the password is wrong.
The server <ip address> replied:
Command received in Invalid state. authentication not supported"

So, no one method works there.  What do I do incorrectly?
