Email clients cant connect using IMAP anymore

Evolution, KMail or Thunderbird doesn't works after a recent Exchange 2007 Server update.

 - when I'm turning on TLS - "The server does not support TLS. Disable this security feature to connect unencrypted."

- when I'm turning on SSL - "Could not connect to host <ip address>: SSL negotiation failed."

- when press "Check what the Server supports" button: "Encription=None; Authentication method=Clear text"

- when set account security to "None+Clear text":
"Authorization failed, Unable to login. Probably the password is wrong.
The server <ip address> replied:
Command received in Invalid state. authentication not supported"

So, no one method works there.  What do I do incorrectly?

Has the certificate expired?
I presume that you installed a rollup? Did it install correctly and restart all of the services?

ASKER

Yes, the roll up was installed... The server was successfully rebooted after the patches and yupgrades were installed. I can see the IMAP service running. I have tried restarting just that service successfully also.
The cert hasnt expired.

Testing inside the firewall... I can telnet to port 143 successfully. :(
