Deploying Reporting services

My company changed the local domain name. Now im getting error Message:
The request failed wit the error message:
<HTML><BODY><B>301 Moved Permanently</B></BODY></HTML>
.(System.Web.Services)
 When trying to deploy my reports. I have deployed my reports previously to the same reporting services server before.
Made changes & wanted to deploy the latest but the error keeps coming up.

Can you access the report manager? If so, the best way is to upload the rdl file by going to the report manager and make sure you check the overwrite checkbox if the rdl file exsits.

I get the following when trying to access the report manager.
Error :
Your selected skin 'Skin1' is either not available or not a PRTG 5 skin. Please check the 'webtemplates\Skin1' subfolder of your PRTG installation or select another skin in the options dialog.

It turns out to be a bandwidth monitoring application that was uninstalled. PRTG software.
It was attached to port 8080. How do I get rid of all the install files & software that was linked to my browsers. IE & FireFox

Stopped PRTG Services & restarted PC. All is working now !!
