Exchange Hub Transport Does not Resolve internal smtp address

When we relay messages on Hub Transport Server it does not resolve the from address.  Even thogh the from address is published in the global address book  Internal appls are using mail relay to notify administrators, however when administrators receive the message it does not resolve smtp addtress to display name

In response to above question, this happens with cached and non cached clients.

After researching futher I determined that you need to enable the Externally Secured option within the receive connector  in the authentication tab
if you turn off cache mode in outlook, restart outlook and then try to resolve the name does  it resolve? if it does then the OAB needs to be updated as outlook in cache mode uses the OAB by default.
