Delphi code to change proxy settings (with InternetSetOption/wininet?)

I am looking for Delphi 7 code that read and write the checkbox under IE Options, LAN Settings, Proxy Server "Use a proxy server for your LAN) checkbox without changing the fields (Address, Port, Bypass) under this checkbox

Hello tfield98,

you can do that by simply reading or writing the following registry value:

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings
Name: ProxyEnable
Type: DWord
Values: 0 or 1

Changing this value while IE is running has no effect.
