Outlook 2007 meeting times are off

I have a user who recently traveled overseas with his laptop.  When he returned, the time on his machine was off by an hour.  Yesterday, I modified the registry to sync time to an external time source and the time has displayed correctly since.  Today, however, he informed me his outlook calendar is still showing times that are ahead an hour.  He says when he sends a meeting invitation, it goes out 1 hour ahead of when he plans for.  The time zone setting is correct within outlook and adjust for daylight savings time is checked off.  I have no other ideas.  Help is appreciated.

I've solved similar issues by clearing Reminders.
Click Start
And then click Run.
Enter the below in the Run field and select OK.
Outlook.EXE /cleanreminders
Test
If that doesn't work you might try the DST instructions located below. It concerns incorrect meeting times. Specifically you want to look at the section entitled:
"How to install and run the Outlook Time Zone Data Update."

clearing reminders did nothing, and the machine was already fully updated with the dst patches.  the final solution was to hack the time zone registry key.  I simply exported my registry key then imported it to his machine, rebooted and it worked.
