How do I import contacts to Outlook Web Access from Outlook 2007?

I currently use Outlook 2007 to access email using POP/SMTP on a local computer.  The contacts are stored on the computer.  How can I access or import my contacts to Outlook Web Access?

Hello joe-rookie,

In Outlook export the contacts as comma, separated value (CSV) file.  Then import CSV file into OWA.
