Does anyone know a good Network/System Management Tool that can monitor Windows, Linux, and Solaris servers?  Currently we use AVTech PageR Enterprise, but it's an awful product.  It does have flood and temperature monitoring.  Previously, we have used What's Up Network Mangement.  Can anyone recommend a tool which has better interface or even with flood and temperature monitoring?
