Can't install 32bit Reporting services

Have server 2008 64bit with all the IIS6 tools installed, trying to install SQL2005 standard 32bit.  getting

64-bit ASP.Net is Registered. Required 32-bit ASP.Net to install Microsoft Reporting Services 2005(32-bit).
 
i have the 64bit .NET 2.0 Redist. installed

if i go into the IIS 6.0 management nothing shows up, so i can't enable in extension list..

help would be mucho appreciado

I think there is a way to force IIS to use .Net 2.x X32 but this may break other functionality you may have i.e. wsus.
Any reason why you do not get and install X64 version?
