Add the username and Computer name to the START MENU

How would you add the username and Computer name to the START MENU via Group Polcy ((XP and 2000) classic and standard Start menus.)

Usually the user name is at the top of the Start Menu by default.  
Here are a couple of references about REMOVING that.

You can reverse engineer to ADD.
