I am trying to export all emails from a specific email on a specific day into a clean file.  The Message Tracking Center does not appear to allow me to export the query into any sort of file.  I realize that there are log files of all activity from the entire day, but I was hoping for a quick way to get just the information I wanted exported.  I have downloaded the Log Parser, but I am not sure what sql statement will pull the information that I want.

Anyone have a quick way to export this?  Or if anyone has any experience writing the sql statements for Log Parser that will work too.

All the message tracking logs will be stored under a folder name with the server name. Example: if your server name is "USEX01" then you can find shared folder called USEX01.log
Copy this file to your local computer and import the log file into Excel 2007/Access to view the logs in readable format.

This makes the log file manageable, thanks.
