ASP.net application to support foreign languages

What is the best way to implement a solution to for an ASP.net application to support foreign languages?  The ASP.net application contains many web pages along with text from code that is only in the English language.  We did implement the ability to display data based on a selected culture using .net globalization.

Any suggestions?
