Is there a way to flush out the calendar of old meetings? I don't want to have to delete each meeting one at a time. I would like to delete say meetings that 3months old. Basicly puge the calender between certain dates.

Hi, rdefino.

The quickest way is to switch the calendar view to All Apointments, ensure that it's in Start sequence, select a range of appointments by clicking on the first one, then scrolling down and using SHIFT+CLICK to select a range, and hit DELETE.
