WSUS on SBS 2003

I only have 6 computers on my SBS Network.  I am in need of understanding WSUS better for another LAN and I was wondering if I would be creating problems or years of unnecessary seritude to WSUS administration if I install it on my SBS server/

I have read several "Know this before you do it" but on some of these sites, comments by others say things to the effect of "I installed it on my SBS server with no problem and I didn;t have to do anything discussed here."

So, what *are* the steps and 2. Ince I set it up and play with it for a while, is it easy to turn back off.

Thanks

You again! <g> You stalking me?

I have already read the MS document.  What does it mean when it says on Page 6, my bold below . . >

nstall Windows Server Update Services 3.0
You can download WSUS 3.0 from the Microsoft Web site (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=89204). (To install WSUS 3.0 on a server that is running either Windows SBS 2003 with SP1 or Windows SBS 2003 R2, see "Deploying Microsoft Windows Server Update Services 3.0" (up to "Install the WSUS 3.0 Server") at the Microsoft Web site (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=89206).
After you install WSUS 3.0, the Windows Server Update Services Configuration Wizard launches automatically. At this point, stop following the instructions in "Deploying Microsoft Windows Server Update Services 3.0." Instead, click Cancel to close the Windows Server Update Services Configuration Wizard.

Will WSUS invoke this wizard as part of it's install and I just cancel it?<!--[if gte mso 9]>   Normal  0      false  false  false                     MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 <![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]>  <![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 10]><![endif]-->

Sorry about the junk. Something in cut/past from word document. Didn't see it until it posted.
It means that if you customize you may experience the following:

Windows Small Business Server (Windows SBS) Update Services is not running because it automatically turns off if you customize Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).

For a list of specific settings that cause Windows SBS Software Update Services to turn off, see the Microsoft Web site. Even if WSUS is managing updates for your network, the accuracy of the status in the Windows SBS monitoring report or on the Update Services home page cannot be guaranteed. To use Windows SBS Update Services, reverse the changes that you have made to WSUS or reinstall Windows SBS 2003 R2 and WSUS 3.0
