custom field in a task template in outlook 2007

when i am designing a form how can i insert a custom DROPDOWN LIST field and how can i input the possible selections for when you open your new template.
for example i want to make a task in which i have a a custom field about the operative system of a machine so the options will be windows or mac os

Hi, guflori.

Here's how to do this.

1.  Open your custom form in the form editor
2.  Select the page you want to add the control to
3.  Click the Control Toolbox button on the ribbon
4.  Select the ComboBox control
5.  Draw a new combobox on the form
6.  Right-click the control and select Properties
7.  Select the Value tab
8.  Connect the control to a field
9.  Fill the Possible values field in with a semicolon separated list of values to present in the control

I've attached a screen shot showing what the settings should look like.
