The email is no longer in Webmail. &nbsp;If I try and forward the email, the body is still blank. &nbsp;I guess the AV did it. &nbsp;I am going to disable the AV on the email. &nbsp;<br />

I am using Outlook 2003 with my ISP, Verizon. &nbsp;It was worked well for some time.<br />

Today, I read an email from a friend using the Verizon Webmail client. &nbsp;No problem. &nbsp;When I got home, I opened Outlook to download the file. &nbsp;I got the email, but the body was blank. &nbsp;The email had been scanned by PC Tools Anti-Virus on my PC. &nbsp;No other emails were blank.<br />

Is it possible that the AntiVirus removed the body of the email? &nbsp;Any other ideas?<br />

I am using Outlook 2003 with my ISP, Verizon.  It was worked well for some time.

Today, I read an email from a friend using the Verizon Webmail client.  No problem.  When I got home, I opened Outlook to download the file.  I got the email, but the body was blank.  The email had been scanned by PC Tools Anti-Virus on my PC.  No other emails were blank.

Is it possible that the AntiVirus removed the body of the email?  Any other ideas?
