I have a dozen users who say they can never get vpn access to our office. It works for everyone else and when I test their accounts on an extra internet connection at head office, they are able to login successfully.<br />
<br />
I need to check out the RRAS logs and see whats going on. I go to c:\windows\trace and viewed ALL the log files and cant see the accounts or the errors.<br />
<br />
Eg, redrock user, which log file do I need to look at which will show his attempts at logging in and the reason he is getting rejected.<br />
