Hi,

I have one PIX 515E UR with 6.3 code. See my show activation below..

The flash activation key is the SAME as the running key. #############

My question is, I would like to know whether I am eligible for a free upgrade from 6.3 to 7 from Cisco, if yes, what is the procedure.

Thanks,

hi

You need a CCO account with Cisco to download a new image - its not available in terms of a free upgrade - its a downloadable image once you have CCO for support.  You can contact Cisco or a Cisco partnet to get a CCO account if you don't already have Smartnet.

cheers
