What is the best way to backup ALL of the V3 Razr memory into a bin file?
I need a safe method as I cannot risk something going wrong with the phone.

andyzee65,

From the MotoGuide website, here's a guide to creating a complete backup of your phone. Whether that will capture any particular file you are looking for, in a way that you can extract it, I don't know.

I will point out that any time you start playing with these kinds of tools, you do run the risk of creating an expensive plastic brick out of a formerly nice phone, voiding your warranty, etc.

Cheers,
