Network access to serial port
I am busy writing a PHP script to interpret data from a ship's GPS and other measurement equipment. The Equipment is connected to the Navigational computer on our bridge. What i need is to be able to access the output from 3 serial ports from a remote system.
A simple text dump in a shared file would probably be sufficient.
Does anyone know of free software that can do this, while still allowing the nav software to access the serial ports?
Thanks
