Packet filter interface redirection

I have two interfaces,
pcn0 192.168.1.2
pcn1 192.168.2.2
and have a socks server listening on port 192.168.1.2:11111

I want that all outgoing connections made by socks server to the internet go thru pcn1 instead of my default route interface pcn0.

Is this possible and how?
