C# web service XML pass to stored procedure

I need to write a c# webservice to accept a 1 character parameter and xml and pass this to a SQL Server 2005 stored procedure which will accept the 2 parameters (accepting the xml as an xml type in SQL)

Can anyone give me an example. Thanks
