Backup Exec - Trying to Exclude Most Recent File from Archive Job

I'm trying to setup a backup job that archives the files backed up. However, I'm trying to set it up so that the most recent file in the folders I am backing up are excluding from the backup.

Looking at the exclusions I see how I can do things like NOT backing up files that haven't been accessed in x amount of days, but I'm trying to do the opposite.

Can somebody lend me a hand? Thanks!

Add a pre-command to run a batch file to run robocopy to move files older than n days to a different folder, then archive from that folder.

Apparently this is impossible to do within Backup Exec itself.
