Microsoft Direct Play Helper needs to close
Upon trying to start my computer this morning I have encountered this error. Need help solving it. I tried starting a new task named "sysdm.cpl" which brought me to a "control panel" and as instructed via the knowledge base I went to the "advanced tab" but could not find a "protection tab" referenced in the knowledge base. The idea from the knowledge base was to turn on DEP for all programs except "Direct Play Helper" and this would solve my problem. Help!!
