Is there a script or optimal way of figuring out what the following 2 Oracle parameters should be set to in an Oracle 10gR2 Database that is considered a hybrid (Both Database Warehouse and OLTP) Database: optimizer_index_cost_adj and optimizer_index_caching.

My Database is quite small, only 27 GB in size but is run on a very powerful machine that has 32GB of RAM and 8 CPUs.
