Thanks for your answer, I have my license keys but I where do I find my Serial number?<br />
My instinct tells me to look under help -&gt; About Symantec Backup Exec, but obviously Symantec didn´t think that it was a good idea to have it there.

I have been trying to find Backup Exec client agents for release 12.0, especially the one for Macintosh but I can´t find them anywhere.<br />

Do we have anyone here who is familiar with the product and knows where to find older clients?<br />

Where do download older Backup Exec Agents for Macintosh

The term "Backup" means the methods and processes involved to copy computer data (system data as well as application data) to media other than the ones where the data originally live (disk, tape, optical, cloud).
