Sharing Documents between two sharepoint sites

Hello,

I have created two sub sites in project server 2007 pwa based on wss 3

i want both site to share same documents and list within the same site so that if some one added a document in a site it will be shown in the other one specifically for these two sub sites

If you have Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Enterprise license you can use the Content Query WebPart, see http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointdesigner/HA101741341033.aspx for details
