We are looking to hold training sessions for our staff  - "Making the most of MS Office". We are looking for any materials that may be already available, and that we can reuse for our training (slideshows, white papers, books / articles, websites, etc). Any such materials will be welcome.

We work in Excel and Word 2003.
Outlook 2003 and 2007.
Occasionally Powerpoint 2003.

We want to cover
basic usage
mail merge
data sources
annotations / track changes
drawing and wordart
outlining
macros
charts
forms
pivot tables
filters
functions
error checking
calendaring / calendar sharing
and other similar areas

Any such materials will be useful.

Hi Ronino,

If you go to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/FX100485361033.aspx?pid=CL100605171033 you will find a substantial amount of information on all of the different types of Microsoft's products. Just click on the Help and How-to tab - select the Office version - and then select the program. From there you will be able to choose different categories for the program and then wether or not you want an audio course or a read through.

Hope this helps!

Absolutely, first port of call is the Office "home" at Microsoft (leads to above link and others)

But have you seen the learning portal ? http://www.microsoft.com/learning/office2007/default.mspx  lots of material there, and of course in 2007 there is online learning : http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA102146851033.aspx

And some free manuals  : http://www.mousetraining.co.uk/ms-office-training-manuals.html
