change specific cell from button to text in datagridview

I have a DGV with two columns that are defined as buttons.  But there are several rows that I do not want the button.  How do I change those specific rows from the button type to just a text type?

This code will chage row index 0, column index  2
Dim c As DataGridViewTextBoxCell = New DataGridViewTextBoxCell
c.Value = "Cell Text"
DataGridView1.Rows(0).Cells(2) = c
