Need to make first video autoplay on web site

I have 4 videos that are playable in a flash player on a web site (it's the home page at www.insperra.com).  There are four tabs that, when clicked, play the four videos. What I want is for the first video to automatically play when the web site loads, instead of the user having to click on the tab.  Here is the XML sheet that dictates what files are played. I don't know if I need to change this file, or if the autoplay needs to be done in the Flash player file:

<tabs startimage="http://www.insperrac.com/content/video/startimage.jpg">
<tab caption="What Is Insperra" video="http://blip.tv/file/get/Insperracustom-WhatIsInsperra483.flv" thumb="http://www.insperrac.com/content/video/startimage.jpg"/>
<tab caption="What's Right For You" video="http://blip.tv/file/get/Insperracustom-WhatsRightForYou958.flv" thumb="http://www.insperrac.com/content/video/startimage.jpg"/>
<tab caption="Why You Can Trust Us" video="http://blip.tv/file/get/Insperracustom-WhyYouCanTrustUs318.flv" thumb="http://www.insperrac.com/content/video/startimage.jpg"/>
<tab caption="Personal Vitamin System" video="http://blip.tv/file/get/Insperracustom-PersonalVitaminSystem344.flv" thumb="http://www.insperrac.com/content/video/startimage.jpg"/>
</tabs>

Can anyone help get me started?

</tabs>

This is all the code I have in the XML file; that's all that it contains. I guess the rest of the code is in the Flash file?
