Fatal Application has Unexpectedly Quit JWatcher

I receive the folloiwng error while launching the JWatcher application:
This Application has unexectedly quit
Invocation of this Java Application has caused an InvocationTargetException.  This application will now exit. (LAX).  Details are listed below.  I'm running Windows XP and download the JWatcher video.  The app seems to run fine on Mac.

This problem is CLEARLY in the wrong zone. This is the Maths/Science zone.

Whoever wrote the accepted solution is a dope. JWatcher is a behavioral science software application. SCIENCE. Do some research before giving a crap answer. I joined this stupid site to get an answer to this question, and I find that the accepted solution is 'This post is in the wrong category'. But wait, the accepted solution is neither a solution, nor correct. Why would I pay for this?
