I had some batch files and some txt files in my computer....

Instead of going to those folders and opening them I need to open them or
click the batch files from a php form....

I mean I want to open an input.txt ...so that i will paste some input in it...
then I must link the batch files...

this i can do it manually but can I get an frontend where i can open the input file by clicking on link...
and use  batch file by clicking on another link..

is these things done by php..

Sure you can.

Exec and System can be used to execute external programs. Exec runs a file, System runs a file and displays the output ofthe file.

Editing a batch file is quite easy too. You read it, display it in a textbox with a save-type button. Or somesuch :-)

If PHP is the most suitable for this, I do not know. You could look up PHP-cli and PHP-gtk to make a desktop application running PHP.

Not exactly sure what you mean by "no proper support from members".

It's great that you solved your problems yourself! :-)
But to say noone tries is a bit unfair in my humble opinion.

Without any feedback it's a bit hard to know what you expected!
