How do I delete a page in Adobe Acrobat Professional when option is greyed out?

Click File. Properties, and click the Security tab. Inspect the list in the Document Restrictions Summary. Make sure there are not restrictions on deleting a page. The author of the doc is the only one who can remove any restrictions you find in the list.

Ok that's the problem, there were security restrictions that I cannot bypass or change.
