Can I add a hyperlink to an Access datasheet?

It is possible to enter a link in the info for my record?  For example, the person would have a field for name, address, occupation, etc. and then one field would have a link to a folder on our server with additional documents?  Thanks!

Hi,

What version of Access....When you create the field in your table or form us the hyperlink datatype
and use the path for the data ie....R:\documents
Hope this helps
